Phone Access Changes at the Surgery

On 16th November 2018 after several years of waiting for the facility we are pleased to confirm we have changed our phone system.

On calling the surgery now you will initially hear a welcome message from one of the GP Partners.

Included in our new phone system is a patient queuing system and also a range of options to choose from  so that you can be directed to the most appropriate person in the surgery to deal with your query.

Also, having listened to your feedback the surgery has provided a caller number identification. Therefore , if you save the surgery phone number on your mobile or landline phone when you receive a call from the surgery we will be identified as the caller.

Patient Notice: Telephone System Upgrade

Please note that during March/April 2018 the practice telephone system is being migrated to a new system.

On the day of change over, there will be reduced capacity to answer calls for a short period of time.
